Hi--this has been just for two days? Have you ever had it before? Is this related to anything you might have eaten?

Hello. I'm Dr. Phil, licensed and practicing internist. Excellent service is my goal.

Thanks for this question

This sounds like a viral gastroenteritis or a stomach bug

The pain pain could indicate a urinary infection or possibly something like pancreatitis

I recommend going to a doctor today for urine sample and stool tests

You could have a bacteria like c diff causing this.
