Do you exercise?
does exercise help you sleep?
what about melatonin?
have you tried melatonin in particular?
That is not good for insomnia
SJW is the same as like prozac or zoloft
it is an anti depressant
I would try melatonin 3 mg nightly
that will help
Then I would ask your doctor for a sleep aid
using something mild like doxepin will help
I think once your anxiety about the relationship gets better
you will do well again
This change is new and is affecting you but it will level out
