My husband aged 75 underwent an examination of the bladder

Customer Question

My husband aged 75 underwent an examination of the bladder on Wednesday via the uretha. Since then he has suffered extreme pain and discomfort and is virtually unable to urinate. His condition is worsening, he hardly dares leave the vicinity of the bathroom and I am extremely concerned. What should we do?

I noticed you were having difficulty entering chat mode robert

This is very concerning

This procedure you had can result in swelling.

This swelling can cause blockage of urine flow and obstruction

You need to have this evaluated right away and urinary obstruction can cause kidney failure

I would go to the hospital right away
