Dr. David :

This is Dr. David

Dr. David :

what happened after the 3 minutes?

Dr. David :

did your dizziness and vision all go back to normal?

Dr. David :

do you have any medical problems?

JACUSTOMER-azz4h0u5- : My vision went back to normal. I felt extremely tired after. I am going through the change
JACUSTOMER-azz4h0u5- : I'm on medication for depression and anxiety
Dr. David :

I see.

Dr. David :

you could have gone through an episode of low blood sugar

Dr. David :

or dehydration.

Dr. David :

you should see a doctor and get your heart tested and blood testing and get a full physical exam.

Dr. David :

I know you are far away from cities

Dr. David :

how far away are you from doctors?

Dr. David :

you could have had a small temporary stroke or even a small seizure.

JACUSTOMER-azz4h0u5- : Is there any chance it was a mini stroke?
Dr. David :

but I think the chances of this are small.

JACUSTOMER-azz4h0u5- : I had really bad head aches a few weeks ago I went to a dr because I had never experienced head aches like that before
JACUSTOMER-azz4h0u5- : The dr wanted me to go for a ct brain scan
Dr. David :

I agree.

Dr. David :

you should get a CT scan of the brain.

Dr. David :

I'm glad you were able to see a doctor.

Dr. David :

best to get a scan and see if anything is wrong.

JACUSTOMER-azz4h0u5- : So is there anything else you Cantrell me about the vision episode I had???
JACUSTOMER-azz4h0u5- : Can tell ( sorry )
Dr. David :

if you had a small stroke, or blood clot.

Dr. David :

since your symptoms went away

Dr. David :

it sounds like a temporary TIA or transcient ischemic attack

Dr. David :

you can get blood testing to check a d-dimer level

JACUSTOMER-azz4h0u5- : Ok so all I can do is try to get to visit a dr ??
Dr. David :

this blood test can tell if you have high risks for having a blood clot in your body.

Dr. David :

yes, get a follow up exam with your doctor

Dr. David :

get that brain CT scan

Dr. David :

also get a blood D-dimer test

Dr. David :

to see if that is elevated for a high risks for blood clots.

Dr. David :

does this help?

Dr. David :

do you have other questions?

JACUSTOMER-azz4h0u5- : Ok thank you. I can't think of any other question
Dr. David :

you are welcome

Dr. David :

best of luck to you
