Dear Customer, Thanks for providing quick additional information.
I can understand your concern.

Well, a enlarged testicle is possibly due to a mass in the testicle,
a varicocele, or a hydrocele (fluid around the testicle).
The most likely thing is that you have fluid around the testicle.
It doesn't indicate towards any infection, as during infection testicle is tender, swollen, and warm.

This could be due to a varicocele (dilated veins in the testicle), It is also very common.

Having associated itching in left testicle is most likely due to fungal infection caused by tinea cruris.
You can apply ointment containing clotrimazole and betamethasone.
It is available at the counter without the prescription.
You can apply the cream to the surrounding 4-6 cm of normal skin in addition to the itching area.
Also, you need to take anti-histamine tablet like Zyrtec once a day for one week.

Also you should keep groin region clean and dry. Wear cotton undergarments and maintain personal hygiene. You should Wear loose-fitting underwear. Usually the symptoms, will resolve with use of such OTC anti-fungal cream.

In case, symptoms doesn't start to improve, after one week, then you would need prescription of oral anti fungal medication like fluconazole (diflucan) or Itraconazole (sporanox).

Please follow above measures, and most likely itching in left testicle would get disappear with such measures.

Good luck and Take care.

Please let me know how I can be of further assistance.
My goal is to provide you with excellent service – if you feel you have gotten anything less, please reply back, I am happy to address follow-up questions.
