Hi I'm Dr. Phil
Can I ask your first name?
An ACE inhibitor is a blood pressure medicine that works on a signaling pathway called the RAAS system
It blocks one step in this pathway and lowers blood pressure this way
It also commonly causes cough.
There are many other choices for blood pressure
I would recommend a diuretic or a calcium channel blocker
if you haven't tried one.
