It is unlikely to be a problem unless the dog has parasites.

I would wait a week or so, then have 3 stool samples sent for parasite analysis.

The faster option is to take the dog to the vet, have the dog checked for parasites.

If you start to feel sick [since there might be a possibility in a small amount of cases of gut bacterial infection] then go have stool samples done immediately.
