Customer Question

I have had pain in my right foot for the last two weeks; the pain was coming and going and I had to be careful when walking. I felt ok today and went out , after a five minute walk the pain came again and was shooting to my toes, sharp pain it felt like being cut by a blade. I had to return home as I could not walk and I applied ibuprofen gel. the pain is still very severe. is it possible to visit emergency service in Bethnal Green Hospital on Sunday? Your advice would be very appreciated. Thanks.
