Customer Question

Hi, over the past year, there has never actually been a day where I feel totally well, I'm 49 and petite build, I eat properly and excercise. I have suffered in the past few months from bladder infections as I don't tend to drink as much fluids as I should.

I feel totally I'll and have been for the past few days, totally fatigued, dizzy, sore throat, dry mouth, headache, and paracetamol isn't helping, I have things to do and I need to go out, but I just don't have the energy to even get showered and dressed.

I'm actually sick and tired now of not feeling well.

Please help

This is Dr. David

Dr. David :

I am sorry you have not be feeling well for so long.

Dr. David :

dry mouth can come from you not drinking enough fluids or possibly sjorgren's syndrome.

Dr. David :

which is an autoimmune condition when your body makes antibodies and attacks your mucous membranes.

Dr. David :

or it could be from you sleeping with your mouth open at night? this can be from sleep apnea and severe snoring.

Dr. David :

do you have severe snoring or sleep apnea? when you don't sleep well and wake up with intermittent sleep so you can't rest?

Dr. David :

this happens more in patients who are overweight
