I have an ache/dull pain in the back of my neck which goes

Resolved Question:

I have an ache/dull pain in the back of my neck which goes up towards the top of my head
moving my head left & right makes it worse, could this be indicative of spending too much time at a computer key board as I think or maybe something more sinister, as my wife believes
