Another explanation is moderate aortic regurgitation due to the degenerative changes in the aortic valve area.
I forgot to mention I have a low resting pulse rate range 55 -59
This condition will usually cause at least some symptoms with physical activities.
Echocardiogram will be able to assess any problem in aortic valve area.
Low pulse rate can be due to the vagal tone if your exercise regularly.
Also betablockers can lower your heart rate
