have you had your thyroid hormone levels checked?
high or low thyroid hormone levels can sometimes cause these symptoms of facial flushing. you need your TSH or thyroid stimulating hormone levels checked if you haven't
you should be consulting with an endocrinologist.
have you had your estrogen and cortisol levels checked
I mean your testosterone levels checked?
low testosterone can cause facial flushing and abnormal cortisol levels can cause this as well.
you should also get blood testing to check for autoimmune conditions like lupus.
ANA blood test and ESR and C reactive protein which can be elevated in patients who have autoimmune conditions.
you are not too young to have thyroid problems.
