I have Sjogrens syndrome secondary and now have enlarged lympth nodes under one arm and in the groin. An ESR test has come back as patent to see Doctor who has arranged Chest X-ray. Is this the best course of action/

how large are the lymph nodes?

Dr. David :

chest xray is an ok first step, but you most likely will need ultrasound scans of the enlarged lymph nodes, CT scan of the chest, abdomen and pelvis and possibly biopsy of the enlarged lymph nodes.
