OK Sidney. Probably nothing too serious here but acetaminophen like what's in that medication, taken for a long time, can raise liver enzymes and they usually drop back to normal if it's discontinued. At this point I would get an ultrasound of your liver to look for any damage but it's unlikely that there has been any damage. Talk to your doctor about this but I think he'll tell you he just needs to find a different type of pain medication for you other than what you're taking now
