This is Dr. David

Dr. David :

testicular cancer causes a mass in your testicle.

Dr. David :

usually these nodules are not painful.

Dr. David :

a tender area is most likely epididymitis

Dr. David :

or a hydrocele

Dr. David :

or a cyst in the testicle.

Customer: How noticeable would the nodule be...I can't seem to feel anything on my testicles other than at the top and bottom...is that normal.
Dr. David :

yes, that is normal

Dr. David :

it sounds like you are worried too much about having testicular cancer.

Dr. David :

if you don't feel a nodule, you are fine.

Customer: What sort of size are we talking? Would it be something I'd notice?
Dr. David :

yes, it would be a nodule you would notice.
