Hello,
Dear customer

Welcome to justanswer.com and thank you for your question.
I'm so sorry to hear of your discomfort. I will do whatever I can to help answer your questions .

A hernia occurs when an organ or fatty tissue squeezes through a weak spot in a surrounding muscle or connective tissue called fascia.

Hernias are caused by a combination of muscle weakness and strain. A hernia can develop quickly or over a long period of time, depending on its cause.

The most common hernias are in the groin (inguinal hernias) and in the diaphragm (hiatal hernias).

A hernia occurs where there is a weakness in the wall of the tummy (abdomen).

It looks like a lump and may get bigger when you cough, bend, push, or lift weight.

Clinical examination is required for its diagnosis.

Hope this helped.

My goal is to provide you with excellent service – if you feel you have gotten anything less, please reply back, I am happy to address follow-up questions.

Thank you

Kind Regards,
Dr. Robert
