Hello
I don't see why you think your liver function test will be off.

I assume you are talking about liver enzymes?

GGT?

Hello. I'm Dr. Phil, licensed and practicing internist. Excellent service is my goal.

There is nothing you can do to lower liver enzyme levels

Being on a statin is probably making your liver function tests worse though. I would ask your GP if you can go off for a time

Eating healthy with plenty of fruits and vegetables, drinking water and exercising is really all you can do

No supplements have proven any benefit. That includes milk thistle or glutathione

Just avoid liver toxins like alcohol and live healthy.

I hope this helps!

Hello IN fact, time without toxicity will lower liver enzymes.

You have not stated how long you have been off alcohol...nor when your last elevation was or how much... This is the first expert... It is entirely incorrect to say there is nothing you can do without knowing more detail.... Let me know Or find me by request.

I also notice you refer to CDT levels.

Did you mean ETG?

Because if that is the case, your question really has not been answered at all.

ETG is a test specifically for alcohol.

It is claimed that it will show alcohol use up to 80 hours, but in fact studies indicate more like 25 to 50 hours on average.

If you have had alcohol two days or less before an ETG test , it is likely you will fail.

Is this what you are asking about as well?
