I injected 1mil of steroids in to my upper thigh, index finger

Resolved Question:

I injected 1mil of steroids in to my upper thigh, index finger down from my hip.
I forgot to remove air before I injected and now I'm panicking!!
How do I know if I've hit a vein or got an air bubble in there..?

There are no large veins that you could have hit

Plus, if there was air in a vein you would know immediately because you would have excruciating pain.
