Dr. Shahzad MD :

Hi there. Thank you for your question. I will be helping you out with your queries

Dr. Shahzad MD :

Since how long are you having this problem?

Dr. Shahzad MD :

Do you have any other medical problems?
Are you on any medications for anything currently?
Please let me know

Customer: The spots under the feet have been there for some time now. The fatigue is about a few days and the headache also within the last two to three days. The itchiness also about a few days.
Dr. Shahzad MD :

Have you been seen for any of these problems?

Customer: No, not at all.
Dr. Shahzad MD :

Headache, fatigue, itchiness for a few days point toward a transient viral infection.

Dr. Shahzad MD :

Usually such symptoms go away in a week or two at the most.

Dr. Shahzad MD :

Meanwhile for the itching you can use over the counter antihistamines like benadryl.

Dr. Shahzad MD :

If your symptoms persist for more than two weeks then you should contact your doctor for further evaluation.

Customer: Should I be equally worried about the spots under the feet? I was browsing the internet and came across secondary syphillis symptoms. No reason I should have it as I have never had any form of STD in my life but I got worried!
Dr. Shahzad MD :

No

Dr. Shahzad MD :

I would not worry too much about spots on the skin

Customer: Would the change in weather also explain the headache and itchiness? Just got into summer...
Dr. Shahzad MD :

Yes it may explain these symptoms.

Customer: I must say, I am eating well. I go to the gym almost everyday and can sustain an high of high intensity cardio. It's just that later I feel the headache, itchiness and mild fatigue. Something very recent.
Dr. Shahzad MD :

May be some bug that usually goes away in about a week or two.

Dr. Shahzad MD :

So I would just wait and see for another week.

Dr. Shahzad MD :

Hopefully things should improve.

Customer: Ok thanks very much...
Dr. Shahzad MD :

You are most welcome
Take care
