your next step is to see a pain management doctor and get a steroid injection in the area of bulging disk and nerve impingement and see if that helps.
also a course of oral steroids and NSAIDs can possibly help decrease the swelling there.
also physical therapy can help decrease swelling there possibly as well.
certain stretching exercises directed by a physical therapist could help.
Physical therapist said he could not help me
I am tyring to do stretching but at times it is to painful.

I would be careful doing your own stretching.
do ask about the steroid injection
do ask about a course of steroids to help decrease the swelling there.
if these two techniques don't help, then the very last resort is to consult with a neurosurgeon.
