Dr. David :

This is Dr. David

Dr. David :

your next step is to see a pain management doctor and get a steroid injection in the area of bulging disk and nerve impingement and see if that helps.

Dr. David :

also a course of oral steroids and NSAIDs can possibly help decrease the swelling there.

Dr. David :

also physical therapy can help decrease swelling there possibly as well.

Dr. David :

certain stretching exercises directed by a physical therapist could help.

Customer:

Physical therapist said he could not help me

Customer:

I am tyring to do stretching but at times it is to painful.

Customer:

Thank you and I will ask my doctor about the injection.

Dr. David :

I would be careful doing your own stretching.

Dr. David :

good luck

Dr. David :

do ask about the steroid injection

Dr. David :

do ask about a course of steroids to help decrease the swelling there.

Dr. David :

if these two techniques don't help, then the very last resort is to consult with a neurosurgeon.

Dr. David :

for back surgery.

Dr. David :

I hope it doesn't go there.

Dr. David :

good luck
