hello when you say mst what do you mean?
Please type your response and press 'enter' or 'reply' to send your message so that we can chat.
can you clarify what you mean by mst?
morphine mst continus 30mg just swapped over from methadone yesturday
this pain is not likely to be related to that
since you had it after waking up i would consider muscle cramp to be most likely
muscle cramps can occur after a night's sleep
from some awkward position during the night
try with warm compresses first
heat a towel and then apply on the area
also do gentle stretching exercises
this would usually be sufficient for a muscle cramp
ihavnt taken my morning dose yet my last dose was 2 oclock in the morning last night
but you also need to observe carefully
take your morning dose as advised
no need to withold from it
it will also give relief from the pain
however as i was saying you need to observe carefully
if the pain does not seem to be getting better gradually with stretching and warm compresses, other possibilites need to be ruled out
it could also be something like a kidney stone whichcan cause this pain
i also talk 10mg zolpeidem for sleep last night
ok thats all right
not the cause of the pain
i would advise
go for warm compresses now with gentle stretching exercise
if the pain continues or gets worse, then best to show a doctor
it could be soemthing like a kidney stone
but most likely cause is a muscle cramp and warm compresses and stretches should be sufficient
if it were a kidney stone wouldnt the mst relieve the pain i have
yes it would help to relieve the pain
so take the mst as advised for you
but also do the compresses and stretches
and if pain continues show your doctor
tests like ultrasound of the abdomen may be required if pain persists
