I have pain in my back which moves up and down so that sometimes

Resolved Question:

I have pain in my back which moves up and down so that sometimes I think it is my lungs and sometimes my bowel or bladder. I have had a full spine scan and there is some normal wear and tear but I really don't think that is the reason for the pain, it is much worse when standing still or sitting forward. I have IBS and my stomach swells a lot. I am 55 years old and female. thank you
