Dr. David :

This is Dr. David

Dr. David :

yes, this is normal.

Dr. David :

you have been not taking your last week of your birth control pills to prevent a period.

Customer: Why would it trigger even though I'm still taking the pill?
Dr. David :

and so your urine lining was building up for 3 months now.

Dr. David :

because you haven't had a period in 3 months.

Customer: So it's necessary to bleed then? Should I continue to take the rest of the packet I have 5 days left
Customer: Or should I stop?
Dr. David :

yes, it is very necessary for the uterus to bleed

Dr. David :

you should continue to take the packet of birth control pills

Dr. David :

and don't avoid the placebo pills during the last week

Dr. David :

or if your packet says to take a break for 1 week after 3 weeks of pills, then you have to give it a week.

Customer: With the microlite there is no placebo pills just 21pills and no pills for 7 days so should I go straight into another pack or should I take the 7 days break?
Customer: oh ok is it possible to then have a second period on the 7day break
Dr. David :

you should take a 7 day break like the instructions say.

Customer: ok
Dr. David :
