persistent itchy chest for a long time now with slight discoloration on left side - could this be anything connected with lymph nodes , infection , cancer ? No visible swelling anywhere except a swollen stomach

I have worn several medals over chest area . Could this do it .I have also chronic inflammation and auto immune discease as a result of several years of psychiatric meds
