I am 64
I have cough and wheezing
I have anxiety
I have been taking mirtazapine very low dose
I have tight chest
I do no have a fever

Tight chest, coughing, wheezing goes more in favor of either asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
It does not go in favor of a pneumonia because if you had that you would have had fever with coughing and sputum (phlegm) production.
So I do not think its pneumonia at all.
Having said that, I would still strongly recommend that you should be seen as soon as possible because I would still want you to be examined and have a chest x ray and possibly a complete blood count done to make sure everything is okay and if you are wheezing you may require nebulization with salbutamol as well.

I do have yellow sputum
Expert:  Dr. SH replied 3 years ago.
Having pneumonia without fever is something that would be very unlikely.
However I would still like that you should have a chest x ray and be seen for this.
