this medication is used for patients who have schizophrenia or bipolar disorder.
why are you trying to come off of it?
if it helps you, you should stay on it.
do you have schizophrenia or bipolar disorder?
it is not a medication to use once in a while.
it is better to use all the time.
you have bipolar disorder?
shcizophrenia can be a life long illness that needs treatment for a long time.
that is good you have a job.
the less frequent you take it, the more likely your schizophrenia can become out of control
and can threaten your job
and when you stop taking it, your sleep is worse, correct?
it can increase your risk of your schizophrenia coming back
and affecting your thinking.
no sex would not affect sleep.
are you having sex now?
you are still having sleep problems now, right
it is not a medication just for sleep
it is used for schizophrenia.
if you are having sleep problems you need to talk to your doctor about options to help your sleep
regular exercise during the day can help sleep
avoiding caffeine and coffee and sodas can help sleep
setting a set bed time, no computers and no TV in the bed room can help sleep
sleep aids like tylenol PM and melatonin can help sleep.
tylenol PM and melanonin are over the counter.
you don't need to see a doctor for them.
but you should let your doctor know you are taking them.
you can buy them at the drug store.
but they are mild and help with you feeling sleepy.
you still have to exercise during the day to help you sleep at night
and watch your caffeine and alcohol consumption which can both affect sleep
does this make sense?
