I am currently on Kaletra (2 tabs in morning and 2 tabs evening)

I am currently on Kaletra (2 tabs in morning and 2 tabs evening) also Truvada (1 tab in evenings) Taking meds for eight years results excellent. CD4 1105 and V/L undetectable.
However my quality of life is not so good with Nausea and Fatigue . Am discussing with my specialist a change of meds especially as he thinks Kaletra may be pushing my cholesterol which is 7.20. Can you advise what new meds have been approved under NHS availability especialy latest new anti virals.
