do you smoke?
do you have post nasal drip or allergies or sinus congestion?
you really need to see a doctor and get a chest xray or chest CT scan to look in your lungs
funny sound when you swallow is hard to know what that is from
that could be from excessive mucus in your nose and throat from allergies.
hay fever allergies and asthma can definitely cause cough and mucus in your throat.
you might need to use an allergy medication
and a steroid or asthma inhaler to help decrease inflammation in your lungs.
and help your cough.
there are over the counter allergy medications like
allegra and claritin and zyrtec.
but you will need to see your doctor for a chest xray and prescription inhalers for your lungs
throat cancer can cause a mass in the throat and can cause sore throat, difficulty swallowing, coughing up blood,
there are many types of throat cancer.
then you need to see your doctor and get your throat and lungs examined.
then you need to see your doctor right away.
and get your throat and esophagus checked
you need to see an ENT doctor to get a direct nasolarynoscopy scope down your nose and throat to check for masses there blocking your swallowing.
do you have a GP doctor you can see?
don't be scared.
there is no good in waiting.
it only postpone things.
and if there is a cancer there, it gives it more time to grow.
see a doctor right away.
many throat cancers can be cured.
you may not have a throat cancer.
