Customer Question

Just recently I have noticed that what I call back fat, feels a bit lumpy bump (lose kind of), it's very hard to explain, I have been doing more exercise and have lost a little weight but nothing drastic, I am just wondering if this is normal at all, the other side is just normal back fat but it doesn't feel like lose tissue.

Is this normal to have on one side and especially if you have lost a little weight too?

Expert:  Dr. SH replied 3 years ago.
Yes its normal to have it on one side.
Weight loss is something that is not associated with this.
