It does not sound infection since chloramphenisol drop did not help.
It is likely allergic conjunctivitis.
Hence, antihistamine eye drops will be helpful.
Ketotifen eye drop 2 drops 3 times daily can be used effectively.
Steroid eye drops like hydrocortisone also will help in case Ketotifen alone does not clear out completely.
I have tried those except steroid eye drops.
Ok --steroid eye drops will be necessary since your symptoms are severe.
will my DR.prescribe those for me?
yes should .
otherwise eye specialist should be consulted with.
Also try artificial tear drops along with to prevent dry eyes.
