Hi could you please scan through your food measurement figures again to ensure that they are all correct please (1/4 cup brown rice?, 2 pounds of lean chicken meat? correct?).
Would this diet would be suitable (has enough calorie intake) for a workout programme of weights on 3 to 4 days per week and light cardio everyday of the week (10mins cardio on weight days, 30mins cardio on rest days)? Or for that would I require more calories?
If I take on this workout programme should I consider myself a special case (person with high metabolic rate) and consider doing less cardio or should I follow it as is?
What also concerns me is maintaining more weight - how quickly will my body lose weight should the diet change for a week or 2? For example if I went on a trip away, where my eating routine could be different? Would I lose weight very rapidly(?) or not if I came off the strict higher calorie diet for this kind of amount of time? So - should I be very strict with my diet and try and stick to it at all times I possibly can (even for a holiday, etc.)?
(IMPORTANT)->Also are you saying that this 6 to 12 month period should be my window of opportunity?
What I mean by that is if I were to gain weight in this period should I find my body keeps the weight better in years to come (because my body is still developing/maturing now) and later in life? Or will I probably find it just as hard to maintain weight then? Or most importantly - if I didn't try to put on weight in this period would that affect my size for the rest of my life and my ability to put on weight for the rest of my life?
