This is Dr. David

if you are found ot have a growth hormone deficiency, GH treatment during pregnancy can be done and is safe

see this

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12153603

but growth hormone deficiency is rare at your age

you should also get your thyroid hormone checked. low thyroid hormone can cause weight gain

also you should check blood androgen levels. high blood androgen levels from polycystic ovarian syndrome can cause weight gain.

have you had these levels checked?

you should get your cortisol and ACTH levels checked to check your adrenal function as well.

you can talk to your endocrinologist about these tests.

let me know if you have questions.
