I have been attending my dentist for on going treatment as my gums are reciding and my teeth are becoming loose. Last week i had one removed as it became infected, my dentist has said on more than one occasion that in a few years i will be looking at dentures. i dont think i have years as there is another one loose, these our my front teeth. i pay my dentist as i am not on ant benefits. The last visit he said did i want to be referred to hospital as my confidence is going and im embrassed to eat infront of people. I said yes. what will i have to pay for dentures as this will be NHS not private is this right?
