you could be having excessive allergies.
have you tried anti-histamines?
have you had your thyroid hormone levels checked?
you could have allergic asthma.
you need a pulmonary function test
to check for asthma and see if asthma medication could help.
you should see an allergy specialist
and get skin testing to check for allergies.
you should get your thyroid hormone levels checked. low thyroid hormone levels can cause fatigue.
you should also be tested for autoimmune disorders as well.
with an ESR and ANA test
to see if this is being caused by your body's own immune system.

smoking and construction dust together is not good.
