I have fractured my 12th vertabrea in my back,it's stable and I have a back cast on. I've done it on holiday am I ok to fly home in 8 days a 4 hour flight

Hi--that shouldn't be a problem but it would be helpful for you to have an aisle seat in case you need to get up from time to time during the flight. There's no risk to your spine with flying but check with your doctor about this.
