Blocked nose, pressure on both side of head, redness suggest sinus infection
Sinusitis can be caused by the bacterial infection.
Since your symptoms failed to improve in a week, you will need to see your GP for an antibiotic course.
Doxycycline will help
Also, a nasal decongestant Pseudoephedrine can be used also to open up your nose.
saline nasal spray will help to avoid dryness.
you can get saline nasal spray and pseudoephedrine
they are over the counter.
also you can try steam inhalation which helps to open up your sinuses.
There is another over the counter medication called Oxymetazoline which also helps to open up your nose.
This should not be used more than 3 days.
