Hello & welcome!

If you have any questions after reading my answer, be sure to let me know.
Dr Chip is not available, hence let me try to assist,
At your age and the given symptoms, there are 3 possibilities that I would like to discuss
1. Posterior Vitreous Detachment (PVD)
This can lead to a retinal hole and permanent vision loss,
http://www.rnib.org.uk/eye-health/eye-conditions/posterior-vitreous-detachment-PVD/what-are-the-symptoms-of-posterior-vitreous-detachment

2. Glaucoma - increased pressure in the eye
https://www.nei.nih.gov/health/glaucoma/glaucoma_facts.asp
This can lead to slow & irreversible eyesight damage if left untreated

3. Ocular migraines - These need to be evaluated for if the visual examination is normal, but the symptoms keep on repeating - with or without a headache

Given the above possibilities, what you need is an early eye examination.
I would recommend that you contact your doctor for the same as soon as feasible,
Warm regards
Dr Gupta, MD
