I had a bout if IBS, bloating, pain, and really feeling unwell.

Customer Question

I had a bout if IBS, bloating, pain, and really feeling unwell. I took Colpermin to help with easing of the bloating but it has not helped much. I Ri have not been eating during the bout, so I know I need go get the gut functioning again. My upper intestinal tract is distended and feels like it is stopping me from being able to eat after only a couple of bites. I have been tring to drink as much water, ginger tea as I can but of course all I hear is the gurgling. I have tried to eat plain brown rice with just a little salt, and gluten free rice crackers, both of which take at leas ran hour to eat. I am also experiencing a gag reflex when trying to take medication which does not help and takes me a long time to try and swallow a pill.
Obviously because I have not eaten there is no stool.
I have been drinking a probiotic for the last three days as I have gotten 'better'.
Is there anything else that you may recommend I start to take to bring down the uncomfortable bloat.

You need all three:
