Dr. Natasha :

hello

Dr. Natasha :

are you still there?

Dr. Natasha :

if so please enter the chat and say hi

Dr. Natasha :

what other medications have you tried for this?

Dr. Natasha :

hello

Dr. Natasha :

please type and I am here live for you

Dr. Natasha :

have you tried any allergy medication or decongestants

Customer: Hi I have tried sinus washes, antihistamines, steroids nasal sprays
Dr. Natasha :

what have you tried exactly

Dr. Natasha :

and how often are you taking the antihistamines

Customer: Atarax antihistamines at night flixonase nasal spray, otrivine nasal drops
Dr. Natasha :

ok

Dr. Natasha :

well, you should be taking a daily antihistamine like claritin or zyrtec during the day

Dr. Natasha :

you can take atarax, but it makes you sleepy

Dr. Natasha :

if you are feeling congested, then taking sudafed or phenyephrine is more powerful

Dr. Natasha :

and a steroid nasal medication is better than the otrivine

Dr. Natasha :

otrivine can give you some rebound congestion

Customer: Yes atarax is taken at night but I also use one prescribed by g.p I think it is levocitinide can't remember the exact name
Dr. Natasha :

ok levocetrizine is good

Dr. Natasha :

I would ask for a steroid nasal decongestant

Dr. Natasha :

I would also consider getting tested for allergies since this seems to be an ongoing issue for you

Dr. Natasha :

but if you are having bad sinus congestion

Dr. Natasha :

oral sudafed and phenylephrine is best

Dr. Natasha :

did you get that?

Dr. Natasha :

hello
