I had my bottom tooth out yesterday but the pain has been so

I had my bottom tooth out yesterday but the pain has been so bad im taking painkillers every 3 hours its hurting down my jaw and my head it feels like iv been kicked in my face and the extraction is covering with white stuff and can only see a little hole now is this normal? also i was given antibiotics and part of the root broke off while taking my tooth out

It sounds like you might have dry socket
This is a condition where an extracted tooth can cause severe pain and discomfort.
It is generally treated with anti inflammatories like ibuprofen
Make sure you do this.
Also, the white covering indicates a possible infection. You are on antibiotics but possibly they are not working or an abscess is forming.
Make sure you get back in to the dentist as soon as you can to have it checked

I can not take ibuprofen as i suffer from athama and i was told it cant be dry socket as this only happens from 3 days of having a tooth extraction

you can put a tea bag on the area.
soak a wet tea bag and put it on the spot if the dentist says it is okay
that works as well
