I have just started seeing one. I have only seen her once. We have one hour sessions a week but she has been ill so have not seen her for two weeks. I am desperate to change but I dont know how. Everyday I wke up thinking today I wil eat 1700cals or whatever, then by 9:00 I am binging and I am eating over 20000 cals in a couple of hours. Then the next day it all starts again. I dont know what to do.
