you should watch his weight and see his doctor or pediatrician yearly to get his weight monitored on his height and weight growth curves.
where does he fall on his heigth and weight growth charts?
are you able to get him to eat more fruits and vegetables now? these will be good eating habits that he will have for a life time.
does he eat at school? do you pack him his lunch?
He is on 75 centile height and weight . He is eating fine, He eats school lunches.
Are you sure his BP is normal? I thought normal was 120/ 70 or 120/80 not 130/70
BP above 140 systolic and above 90 diastolic is considered high blood pressure
cutting down on salt intake can help him decrease blood pressure.
also exercising regularly can help as well.
75th precentage is fine.
continue to monitor his diet and try to cut down as much as possible on processed foods, cut down on salt.
processed foods, fried foods, eating out often has lot of salt content.
and have him continue to exercise at school.
and have him eat as much fruit and vegetable as he can
roast vegetables have good flavor
hopefully he can develop a lifetime of good eating habits and good exercise habits.
