Hello. I'm Dr. Phil, licensed and practicing internist. Excellent service is my goal.
This doesn't necessarily mean you are infertile.
It just means the count is low.
There is still a chance you can conceive a child. The odds are simply less

This is Dr. David

how do you know you have a low sperm count?

are you trying to have a baby?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Hello Dr. David,

I had a semen analysis, and the sperm count showed a volume of 3.5 ml but the sperm concentration was 2 million per ml.

Expert:  Dr. David replied 3 years ago.
that is a low count.

Over 15 million sperm per milliliter is considered normal

you are not infertile, but it might be hard to have a child.

are you trying to have a child?

you can have artificial insemination using your sperm still.

What are my chances of having a child naturally?

What is considered infertile?

Expert:  Dr. David replied 3 years ago.
the chances are small but not zero.

infertility is if you have tried to have a child for 1-2 years but are not successful.
