I get pain in the middle of my back particularly in bed at night. Could this be my pancreas

usually pancreatitis pain radiates to the back and is made worse when drinking alcohol or fatty foods or oily foods

Dr. David :

usually it doesn't get worse laying in bed at night.

if you are having pain in the back when laying in bed, this makes me think that your mattress is not supportive enough

or that you could be having a herniated disk or pinched nerve in your back which is made worse by your mattress and sleeping position.
