if his LH and FSH levels are low, he could have a problem with his pituitary gland not making enough of these hormones
if his LH and FSH levels are normal, then he could be having problems with his testicles not making testosterone or sperm.
has he had blood testing to check his testosterone levels and LH and FSH levels?
then the urology clinic should check on these levels.
these are hormone levels and are routinely checked for fertility issues for men.
they might also order an ultrasound of his prostate and testicles as well.
