No never does keeps changing and sometime I feel my balls haven't drop as well and I'm quiet embrassed about it

I do have 1 more question I go to the gym a lot After work but lately I've a lack of energy and feel tired the whole time
you should talk to your doctor about that as well
you should get blood testing to check your iron and red blood cell count.
and also your thyroid hormone levels
and B12 levels and vitamin D levels.
low levels of any of these can cause lack of energy.
if you are depressed or anxious, you can have lack of energy as well.
