yes i am 58 i suffer with meniere's disease
yes, that meniere's disease can cause bad dizzy spells.
you really need a brain MRI scan which can see better than a CT scan.
have you tried medications like meclizine or antivert to help the dizziness?
i have had a brain mrl it came back normal but my balance is still not back to normal and i am due back to work on monday
there are over the counter medications like meclizine and antivert and dramamine which could help
also prescription scopolamine could help.
diuretic medications like triamterene and hydrochlorothiazide could help decrease the amount of fluid in your inner ear and that could help the dizziness.

I would try these medications to see if they help
some of these you can buy a the drug store.
some need prescription.
did your doctors check your ears for inner ear infections?
no just washed out my left ear to rid it of soft wax
