Hi. The first possibly incurable disease would be a brain tumor. Encephalitis or meningitis might also be possibilities. But that said, in her case this sounds not like a disease but a learning disorder like Asperger's disorder or dyslexia, both of which do respond to appropriate cognitive and psychological treatment.

Asperger's disorder or dyslexia, Ok I really ment learning disability--but tell an learning disability which can make impossible for a person to learn a 2nd laguage.

Expert:  Dr. Chip replied 2 years ago.
Dyslexia could make it very difficult to learn a second language but the only way to tell whether she has that or some other learning disorder would be for her to see a psychologist and get a series of cognitive function tests

you just repeated your first answer you have not answered my further question

Expert:  Dr. Chip replied 2 years ago.
Shabbir--sorry but I'm not certain what you're asking now. Dyslexia is a learning disability and from your description I think that's her problem.

Expert:  Dr. Chip replied 2 years ago.
Sorry for the delay Shabbir--I was off.
1) Only one or more likely two visits are needed
2) Usually both appointments are within a week
3) The formal name is dyslexia
