Hi, and thank you for coming to JustAnswer.com with your question.

Dr.Customer:

I am not sure exactly what your question is. I see that you have a stiff neck for which you've tried a warm bath and deep heat spray. I'm not sure what you are asking about the breathing pains.

Dr.Customer:

Can you describe your problem in a bit more detail?
How long has this been going on?
Does it hurt more in one direction than in other directions?
Do you have other medical problems?
Do you take any medications?

JACUSTOMER-2ye4dzm1- :

I have breater I got bronn kite and had it 4 a long time my pain hurt when I take a deep breate

Dr.Customer:

You have a breather? Is that a machine that you put on and get medication through it?

Dr.Customer:

How long have you had bronchitis for?

JACUSTOMER-2ye4dzm1- :

no it is not a machine I have sprays I had bronchitis 4 15yrs

Dr.Customer:

You've had bronchitis for 15 years?

JACUSTOMER-2ye4dzm1- :

u have been very help full.

Dr.Customer:

Hi,

Dr.Customer:

If the stiff neck is just now for a few days then I find the best "concoction" that works is to see if you can get a muscle relaxant from your doctor, take that with an ibuprofen (ask your doctor first if these two can mix), take a hot shower then wrap a thick towel around your neck (for support). Do all this right before going to sleep so that your body / neck will relax better overnight and hopefully you will feel better in the morning (though likely you will still have some discomfort).
