you could be have severe stomach gastritis inflammation causing teh pain in the upper abdomen below the ribs. and also colitis or inflammatory bowel disease causing your bloating and lower intestine pain.
you have to see a GP doctor and get your stools tested and blood testing to check for inflammation in your bowels.
and you need to be referred to see a GP doctor to get a colonoscopy to look into your bowels.
and also a CT scan of your abdomen and pelvis as well.
do you have a GP doctor you can see?
have you had your stools tested for blood?
you should ask for this.
and also blood testing to check for inflammation like ESR and C reactive protein and ANA blood testing
and also to try prescription medications like omeprazole or prilosec to help decrease stomach acid production.
when can you make an appointment to see your GP doctor again to get more testing done.
I am glad you are seeing a specialist.
that sounds like a GI specialist.
you will be ok until then.
ask about stool testing for blood
ask about a colonoscopy and testing to check for glutten allergy
ask about stronger stomach acid blockers.
they most likely won't do a colonoscopy right away.
good luck to you.
